My Journey
to Inner Strength

Do not go where the path may lead. Instead, go where there is no path and leave a trail.
Ralph Waldo Emerson
My Story
People often described me as a multi-hyphenate. For the longest time, I struggled to understand what that really meant—or whether it even applied to me. But over time, I’ve come to see it for what it is: a reflection of someone who refuses to be boxed in. The idea of a fixed 9-to-5 job? That’s never felt like home to me. I crave variety, possibility, and freedom.
I’ve always believed in stretching human potential—mine and others’. Why should we be limited to just one skill, one title, or one path? Maybe we’re not just Jack of all trades, master of none—but Jack of many trades, master of quite a few.
As I turn 48, I’ve taken time to reflect. And honestly, I’ve ventured into more spaces than I ever imagined—marketing, public relations, teaching, agency work, lifestyle businesses like a manicure studio, a bubble tea outlet, a Thai food stall, foot reflexology, and even financial planning.
And that’s just one layer.
In the world of media and the arts, I’ve also been an actor, a producer, and an author. I’ve performed, created, and written. Sometimes, I ask myself: Am I doing too much? But maybe that’s just who I am. Someone who isn’t content with settling into a single role or wearing one hat.
I’ve never felt the need to adopt just one identity, one job, or one passion. And yes, maybe that comes off as stubborn—or even selfish. But when it comes to my passion, my journey, and my sense of purpose, I’d rather be true to myself than fit neatly into a label.
This is my version of fulfillment—multi-layered, ever-evolving, and unapologetically mine.
My Mission
"To empower individuals to live intentionally and authentically by helping them align their habits, mindset, and goals with their deepest values—so they can thrive in all areas of life, from wellness and relationships to career and personal growth."

My Method
Creative questioning in coaching is the skillful practice of asking open-ended, thought-provoking, and imaginative questions that push clients to dig deeper, challenge their own thinking, and discover new insights about themselves and their situations. These questions help open doors to perspectives they may never have considered—unlocking clarity, creativity, and self-awareness in powerful ways.
Emotive reasoning in coaching taps into the emotional world of the client, guiding them to understand how their feelings—not just logic or facts—shape their thoughts, behaviors, and decisions. Emotions are often the root of what holds someone back or propels them forward. By acknowledging and exploring these emotional drivers, clients gain a more complete understanding of what’s truly going on beneath the surface.
Bridging insights into actions in coaching is about transforming those “aha moments” into meaningful steps that create real-world change. Insights are powerful, but without action, they remain untapped potential. As coaches, we help clients turn awareness into movement—so that they’re not just holding the map, but actually walking the path toward their goals.
